A Coventry locksmith, not a call centre
Alan Torwick started the business in 2011 with one van and a key machine in a rented lock-up in Foleshill. Today it is 5 engineers, a workshop and an office, and the phone is still answered by someone who knows the city.
What we hold ourselves to
No subcontracting
Every job is done by someone on our payroll. When you ring us, the job stays with us.
Drilling is a failure
We train for non-destructive entry and keep count. Last year nine lockouts in ten opened without damage.
The quote is the invoice
If something changes on site, we stop and say so before doing it. No figure appears that you did not agree.
We tell you when you don't need us
A dropped door needs a hinge adjustment, not a new lock. We would rather do the cheap job and keep you.
