We will still come, and we will tell you the honest travel time before you agree to anything. If somebody closer can be there in twenty minutes, we would rather say so than have you wait ninety.
What to do before we get there
- Try every other door and window you can safely reach, including the one you never use.
- If the key snapped in the lock, leave the stub where it is. It comes out more easily than you would think, and much less easily after somebody has been at it with pliers.
- If you can, wait somewhere warm and give us a mobile number we can ring on arrival.
- Have something with your address on it. We will ask, and we will not open a door without it.
